You always start with \ (\SIZE\color{INSERT COLOR HERE}{INSERT TEXT HERE}\)
Note:
Spaces are are made with ~
Commonly used sizes are:
Huge, Large, Scriptsize, etc.
Some Colors:
Blue, Orange, Pink, Red, etc
And remove the space between the first parentases and the frontslash
