Since this has taken 12 hours - did oyu think of looking in your text book? or looking elsewhere for info that would allow oyu to solve it? Not my area of competence I'm afraid.
sounds like your doing something with linear regression models. the CI for the slope tends to lead me in that direction. http://stattrek.com/regression/slope-confidence-interval.aspx its a fairly straight forward solution, so this should give you a boost in the right direction.
