How do I find the domain and range of y= cube root of (1-x^2)?

OpenStudy (midhun.madhu1987):

When x=0, then y=1 when x=1, then y=0 When x = -1, then y=0 so points are: (0,1) (1,0) and (-1,0) so Domain = {0,1,-1} and range = {0,1} I AM NOT SURE WHETHER THIS IS CORRECT>> CHECK WITH OTHERS ALSO

OpenStudy (midhun.madhu1987):

for all other values of x, the value of y becomes Imaginary

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The points were correct and the range is y is less than or equal to than 1 because that is it's highest point in the graph and the domain is all real numbers thanks for the help!

OpenStudy (midhun.madhu1987):

my pleasure.. :)
