Classify the triangle with vertices ( 0,8), ( 7,-2), ( -7, -2).

OpenStudy (just_one_last_goodbye):

right scalene obtuse scalene acute isosceles right isosceles

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Mind if I draw?

OpenStudy (just_one_last_goodbye):

sure

OpenStudy (midhun.madhu1987):

acute isosceles i guess

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Hey. I'll just explain it. Drawing the graph will take some time

OpenStudy (anonymous):

See, the height of both the points (7,-2) and (-7, -2) is same of the triangle is same, that is 2 units in the upper and lower quadrants. Similarly, their distance from origin is same too, 7 units. There is symmetry in both sides. So it's isosceles.

OpenStudy (just_one_last_goodbye):

give mid a medal please beauty

OpenStudy (just_one_last_goodbye):

and thanks ^_^
