the difference of cis-amide bonds and trans-amide bond?

Amide bonds are found in biological components like a peptide bond found in proteins. Amide is a carbonyl carbon and an amine. It can form a double bond to form an imine (-N=C). Cis: The big groups/molecules are on the same side Trans: the big groups/molecules are on opposite side.
