what is arccos(6/13)?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Depends, are you looking for an answer including pi? e.g radians

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no degrees would be great @hopelovelift

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Just use a calculator then :D arccos= cos^-1 (inverse cos) arccos(6/13)=62.5 3.s.f or 1d.p

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah but what if I'd like to keep it as an exact number? or is that too hard? @hopelovelift

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Umm if you mean without rounding I guess this will be the answer 62.5135737496 degrees.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It would make sense if you were looking for an answer in radians. E.g 3pi/4 I don't think you can get a 'exact answer' with degrees
