Explain two ways helpful bacteria work to keep you healthy.

Helpful bacteria perform various works to keep us healthy..For example:

(1) Some bacteria called probiotics are present in our gut which help in digestion.
(2) So bacteria called as lactobacillus are present in mucosal opening like Vaginal orifice which secrete lactic acid. This leads to the acidic environment of vagina which inhibits the growth of tother harmful bacteria.
