OpenStudy (cwrw238):

apply the pythagoras theorem for example No 1: Hypotenuse 10 , leg 6 Hyp^2 = leg1^2 + leg2^2 10^2 = 6^2 + x^2 x*2 = 10^2 - 6^2 = 100-36 = 64 x = sqrt64 = 8

OpenStudy (cwrw238):

so thats Leg 8

OpenStudy (abmon98):

a^2=b^2+c^2 a-hypotenuse b-adjacent c-opposite (32)^1/2*(32)^1/2+(2)^2=36)^1/2=6
