What is the solution to sqrt(6x+3)=2sqrt(x)?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

first square both sides

OpenStudy (solomonzelman):

1) square both sides 2) subtract 6x from both sides 3) divide both sides by 2

OpenStudy (solomonzelman):

When you square both sides, don't forget to include the 2 on the right side. I expect to see some effort on your side as well, so I am not helping further till you post some work.

OpenStudy (nikvist):

The first you must find domains of irrational functions. \[\sqrt{6x+3}\quad \wedge\quad\sqrt{x}\]
