ok so 12 will be the LCD multiply all fractions by 12 to cancel out the fraction 12(x-3)=5+24(2x-5)

distribute 12x-36=5+48x-120 combine like terms 12x-36=48x-115 subtract 12 into 48 -36=36x-115 add 115 into -36 79=36x divide 36 into 79
