Well, you have glucose transporter in the kidneys. If the kidneys cannot recycle all of the glucose because they transporters are saturated.....then you have glucose in your urine = sweet urine = something is WRONG with your pancreas

Patients who have glucose in their urine = hyperglycemia = possible diabetic = hypertension = not good.
