I am not good, and in fact horrible at this, but I always see in the movies about this period of times (roman times) that this is what the men looked like.
I remembered this, from one movie where one of the roman senators looks similarly.

He is like a priest, catholic priest (if Catholics are the ones that shave)

I am thinking it is A, because the person pictured is just an old man, he is not very beautiful or ugly, has some self respect, and looks like a part of the community of the roman times.

just a sculpture of a real man, basically.
