so than the first or second or 3rd year have 366 days than will be in this 11 years 3 years with 366 days and 8 with 365

as we don't know which year would be a leap year as it is not specified in the question ...
they only gave 11 years as there can be 2 leap years or 3 leap years in between .... those 11 years @MilenaSaeger  and @basic17
