OpenStudy (haseeb96):

(f-g)(x) just it as u just solve the subtraction question (f-g)(x) = 49 -x^2 -(7-x) = 49 -x^2 -7 +x = -x^2 + x + 42 is the correct answer

OpenStudy (timaashorty):

thanks so much for showing the steps also. helps alot. (: Would you help me on the 2nd too?

OpenStudy (haseeb96):

for second question first find (gof)(x) = g(f(x)) = g(x^2+3 ) =x^2+3 +5 / x^2 +3 = x^2 +8/x^2 +3 now put 4 at the place of x (gof)(4) = (4)^2 +8 / (4)^2 +3 = 16 +8 / 16 +3 =24 /19 is the correct answer

OpenStudy (timaashorty):

Thank you!
