MC)How did demobilization following WWI impact racism in the United States? It increased racism because African Americans held jobs that returning white soldiers wanted. It increased racism because African Americans had refused to fight in the war. It decreased racism because African Americans were recognized for their contributions to the war effort. It decreased racism because African Americans and whites were no longer competing for the same jobs.

I would say A because hardly any African Americans participated in the war so they were able to take over the jobs of the soldiers. Then when the soldiers came home and wanted their jobs back, stuff went downhill.
