Explain why the SAS Similarity Theorem cannot be used to show triangle ABC is similar to triangle DEF?

They may be similar but not congruent. They may have different angles
or they have different side length so SAS is not valid
I'm still a little confused. The scale factor is 3/2 for both of them. Doesn't that mean that their sides are similar? @HELP!!!!
