it's not 1 because the sentence didn't say she was singing a song. it's not 3 because it's just not the best answer, and it's definitely not 4 because shouting isn't peaceful. I'd say it's 2

the question is an example of parallel sentences..
having all the verbs in the same tense is the rule of parallel sentences.so the answer is 2..humming and others are not in the same tense
