hmmm... try this... 

take your essay and stand in front of mirror and speak it there... try to be confident over there and also point out your mistakes and weaknesses over there...

if you can do this, then speak your essay in front of your siblings or parents... @sumanta

we had our orals today"the first day at a new school". I got 8 and a half out of 10 .  So I started off like this "Thousands of students walking by . Boys and girls dressed walking smartly dressed together in the same clothes talking fluent english"
