Help??? Help??????
1) A company interested in evaluating the quality of your product, prepared a survey of end users to assess the relative importance (weight) of four different product attributes (durability, reliability, delivery and quality after-sales), jointly reflects the quality of the product as a whole. In parallel, the company asked a group of sales representatives who gave a note, 0-100, for the quality of each attribute. At the end of the process, the data were: Durability note = 65 weighing 25 Reliability score = 70 weighing 30 Delivery note = 80 weighing 15 Quality aftermarket note = 50 weighing 30 If the company expected a minimum score of 65 points for your product, based on the collected data, determine the average grade of the product and make sure the company's expectation was confirmed or not. Make the necessary calculations and objectively justify your answer. However, if the notes of each attribute have the same weight (arithmetic mean), what is the conclusion?
For the first question determine the average grade of the product add up the "note" * "weight/100" of each attribute to get the weighted average. compare to 65 (you want it 65 or bigger) for the 2nd part: if the notes of each attribute have the same weight (arithmetic mean), what is the conclusion? add up the note * 0.25 (i.e. the weight is the same for all four features)
