What does it mean when scientists say that living organisms share a universal genetic code?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

universal genetic code means the language of codons which code for aminoacids is same in all organisms. for example the codon UUU codes for the amino acid phenyl alanine in all the organisms GGA codes for glycine. like wise for other codons..
