There is a crucial problem in OPEN STUDY.

We can't get notified when we receive medals and comments when we are not there..

Please solve this problem as soon as possible.

Do you mean email notifications or do you mean on site notifications? Which one is not working for you?

Site notifications. When someone is giving us a medal, We don't get notified.

I get notified then change section and notifications stop. And this randomly happens in different section. So it is not the server (as I posted in a question below).
It is not because of a section either, because it happens in random groups.

we love OS and we never stop..but the problem is problem,it has to be fixed soon so that it is beneficial for new comers if they doesn't get notified ,they don't know more about OS and hence,they leave and this is great disadvantage for open study.

Well if you're that desperate to see your notifications, you can refresh, open new tab, sign out then sign in again...

It's not the best solution for the problem, but it should suffice for now until they fix it.

It's completely random. Sometimes it works accurate, sometimes it is delayed and sometimes its completely absent.
