r = <9, -7, -8>, v = <3, 4, 7>, w = <6, -9, 7> v ⋅ w

is it just 18,-36,49

OpenStudy (tkhunny):

Add them up. A dot-product (inner-product) is a scalar value. It is no longer a vector.
