well what I would do, is graph the points you have on https://www.desmos.com/calculator then put each of the other points... you seem to have a linear function so the one that doesn't conform will be obvious

if you use the graph... just pull it down until you see y = 16 to 24

ok... if you can't plot each ordered pair... then find the equation they represent. x: 0 4 8 y 16 20 24 the y-intercept is 16 so the equation is y = mx + 16 now find the slope...
