Can anyone give me a quick summary of the comparisons between solving inequalities and equations? I'll give a medal! :)

I was able to find a helpful site, and I'll post my answer in case it can be of any use to someone later. "When solving an equation, you can add, subtract, multiply, and divide both positive and negative numbers by both sides with no extra steps. When solving an equation, you can add, subtract, multiply, and divide positive numbers by both sides with no extra steps, but if you multiply or divide both sides of an inequality by a negative number, you must reverse the direction of the inequality sign."
