What does this mean? chemistry 2 L of 6 M solution and add water to 4,8 L

OpenStudy (jfraser):
it's saying that you have a volume of 2L solution, and it has a concentration of 6M. If you then add water until the total volume is 4.8L, my guess is it's asking what the new concentration is
