describe the evidence on organic evolution
ooo organic evolution is like fossils. We look at the fossil record and and we are able to see how the organism changed over time. Our bone structure didn't look the same as it did 1 billion years ago. So that is how we could see how people evolved over time. :3
@smartypantsjay @superhelp101 Well, 1 billion years ago nothing like humans was around. So, did the question really mean "organism evolution"? "Organic" in the terms of biology, simply means a carbon based compound.
oh :( yea maybe it was one million not billion but when u look up the fossil record it is an example????
@superhelp101 As I stated, I am not sure if the question really means "organic" or not. I have never hear of this type of evolution and I do teach evolution (5th year Biology PhD candidate). I am not sure if this is a phrase that is not widely used, or if it is a typo. Still, yes, the fossil record does provide evidence of evolution.
oh okay and wow you have a PhD it biology that is awesome!
@superhelp101 Not yet. I am in my last year and expect to do the PhD defense this spring.
that is really cool! i going to 10th grade and i really would love to take AP biology in 11th grade but i heard it was really difficult and counts as two classes because there is a lab portion.
yes it is Organic Evolution.. no typo there.. @mrdoldum good for you.. #inspired =)
