I have to an audition with a song that is 16-32 bars long. The time signature of my song is 3/4. How long would 16-32 bars be?

by bars are they the lines per page or are you talking about measures?

I assume measures, so basic math....for 16 it would be 48 counts, for 32 it would be 99 counts.

but if they are asking how long in seconds that would be... ehhh
then it would depend on how fast or slow the song is.
that could range from 60 beats per minute to 180 beats per minute (BPM) for most songs.
which would translate to 16 seconds for a 16 measure song at 180bpm
all the way to 96 seconds or 1min36sec for a 32 measure song at 60bpm
I would suggest picking a song on the longer end...
