OpenStudy (sidsiddhartha):

\[volume~of~a~cylinder=\pi*r^2*h\] where r=radius of the cylinder and h=height can u do it now?

OpenStudy (shadowlegendx):

@sidsiddhartha you can also explain to @Adrian93334 of how a circle is on the underside and topside of a cylinder, thus calculating the measurements of those areas are crucial to finding the volume of a cylinder

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so its C?

whats the answer

OpenStudy (anonymous):

dead line is soon please give me answer

OpenStudy (sidsiddhartha):

Since the end (base) of a cylinder is a circle, the area of that circle is given by the formula: A=pi* r^2 Multiplying by the height h we get the volume so here diameter is given so radius=diameter/2=10/5=2 (as base is a circle)=r and height=h=6 now just plug them into the formula volume=\[V=\pi r^2 h=\pi *(5)^2*6=25*6*\pi=150 \pi\]
