Grammar matters when you write a business letter, resume, or some thing important and you want to have a positive impression on your future or current boss....When you write an essay or other work that a teach er is grading (unless the teacher tells you that grammar is not a concern) you know what I mean (?)

When grammar doesn't matter would be like here on openstudy chat, on Facebook, or when you are texting on the phone.
