When I ask a question in math section, I will be answered in 1 minute; but when I ask a question in language and culture section, I need to wait a long time for a answer. Why?

This is because math is studied way more the language on OS. Maybe, you can post your question if the math section and say "Nobody was in the language section" ... ?

Yes, all other sections besides  $\normalsize\color{blue}{  \bf MATH}$  are slower.

$\normalsize\color{blue}{  \bf History }$ is answered also fairly quickly, although not as fast as math.

There are many different ways to find help in a dead subject:
‌• You can tag somebody
‌• Post your link in the chats (dont spam it though)
‌• Look through the people that study language and tag someone from there
But yes Language is a bit slow...
