OpenStudy (xapproachesinfinity):

Suggestions for best calculus books that has tons of problems and solutions not talking about lecture textbooks! i mean difficult and hard set problems as well as easy ones. like a mixture^_^

OpenStudy (xapproachesinfinity):

I'm talking about single variable calc

OpenStudy (kainui):

What's your current level of calculus right now, have you taken any or are you trying to review single variable calculus to build a stronger foundation?

OpenStudy (xapproachesinfinity):

Actually my current level is precalc im going to calc1. but i took multivariable calc before in a different country i just for calc1 for now^_^

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh then forget about that book

OpenStudy (xapproachesinfinity):

what is that book about?

OpenStudy (xapproachesinfinity):

what level of calc?

OpenStudy (xapproachesinfinity):

Any suggestion @Kainui

OpenStudy (sidsiddhartha):

take a look at calculus by I.A.MARON

OpenStudy (anonymous):

That is form indian author actually , you won't probably find it in you country , i realised it later

OpenStudy (sidsiddhartha):

but i think pdf version is available

OpenStudy (xapproachesinfinity):

I see^_^ As you mentioned @kainui, i'm actually trying to also build strong foundation in caculus as i experienced difficulty when i took mutlivariable calculus i think the reason behind this is the weak foundation i had in calc of single variable^_^

OpenStudy (xapproachesinfinity):

thanks sids i will check about it^_^

OpenStudy (agreene):

Calculus (ed. 7 is the current i think) by Steward was what I used

OpenStudy (sidsiddhartha):

yeah do look at that book it will definitely build up ur concepts :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

This is best for you , [Preview is available] , you refer a number of books https://www.google.co.in/webhp?sourceid=chrome-instant&ion=1&espv=2&ie=UTF-8#q=IA.Maron&tbm=bks

OpenStudy (xapproachesinfinity):

Thanks, surely i will check it up

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you want of one variable or what

OpenStudy (agreene):

It's actually by Stewart not Steward. I was on the 6th editions, so im not sure if 7th ed is any better or worse. http://www.stewartcalculus.com/

OpenStudy (xapproachesinfinity):

yeah! that's what i'm sayin No name. i got make sure i got most of the concepts of single variable

OpenStudy (anonymous):

sorry for giving multiple links

OpenStudy (anonymous):

But look at that one too

OpenStudy (xapproachesinfinity):

Okay! thanks agreene i took the name of those two. will check them up^_^
