well if we know that sides are congruent they have the same measurement

If you look at the each line of the kite, you may notice 1 or 2 perpendicular lines. If 2 lines share the symbol that means they are congruent so set them equal to each other. 3+x = 15 For the top 2 lines 3y-1=2x-4 for the bottom longer lines. After solving for x on the top 2 lines, use that answer and plug it into the second equation to solve for y.
