Hey dawg what's good? Anyway I am wearing my hero shirt today and I though you needed some help, so: in 1933 the 21st Amendment, which repealed the 18th (Prohibition) Amendment, was ratified. This meant that it was once again legal to make and sell alcoholic beverages. This resulted in a decline of organised crime. Kewl-kewl?
