May you help me with this problem? @xapproachesinfinity @ganeshie8

OpenStudy (xapproachesinfinity):

okay for the missing side you just multiply by 1.75 since that small prism got big by the factor of 1.75 then do the volume! i forgot the formula for volume i will check online for and see if you got it right

OpenStudy (xapproachesinfinity):

okay so V=area of the side triangle times the lenght

OpenStudy (xapproachesinfinity):

i got b

OpenStudy (xapproachesinfinity):

So what did you do? did you do the same step i did to find the missing length?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

A= 45.93?

OpenStudy (xapproachesinfinity):

correct!

OpenStudy (xapproachesinfinity):

what the length equal to? that what you are missing

OpenStudy (anonymous):

10.5

OpenStudy (xapproachesinfinity):

No when i said multiply by 1.75 i meant multiply 4 the length of the small prism by 1.75 to get the missing one for the large prism

OpenStudy (xapproachesinfinity):

|dw:1408159645534:dw|

OpenStudy (xapproachesinfinity):

|dw:1408159826501:dw| that's why i said to small prism got big by the factor of 1.75
