so, \[0.5=e ^{-0.00012h}\] taking ln on both side of the equation we get, \[\ln (0.5)=-0.00012h\]
and ln(0.5)=0.693147180559945.. So, \[h=\frac{ -0.693147180559945.. }{ -0.00012 }\]
