When looking at a rational function, Charles and Bobby have two different thoughts. Charles says that the function is defined at x = −2, x = 3, and x = 5. Bobby says that the function is undefined at those x values. Describe a situation where Charles is correct, and describe a situation where Bobby is correct. Is it possible for a situation to exist where they are both correct? Justify your reasoning.
Factor those values out... if x = -2 than the factor is (x+2) do the same for the other two...
Charles would probably be right if they are all just multiplied by each other For Bobby to say it is undefined..he is treating them as excluded values. Where do we find excluded values?
This is my last question and I have to meet a dead line but i have NO clue absolutely zero clue of how to do it will you answer it for me?
