x^2 +14x +45 = (x +9)(x+5) this is factorized the denominator do you can factorizing the numerator ?
for vertical retricemptote you look at the denominator and factorize make it equal to 0
asymtote*
so from first and second term factorize out 2x^2 and will get 2x^2(x+12) so from 3rd and 4rd factoriz 35 and will get 35(x-5)

there is a vertical and oblique asymtote but no horizontal.
so from the top one when you factorize ypu get (x+5)(2*x^2 + 14*x -35)
your answer is A.
