I need help not good with english. Identify the object of the preposition. My plan is to study and then take a walk by the river. 1. Plan, 2. Study, 3. Walk, 4. River. Ease help and thank you

for example:

behind us

behind is the preposition
us is the pronoun or object of the preposition

usually the preposition will have modifiers (modifiers add description to the sentence)

for example:

between us only

between is the preposition
us is the pronoun/object of the preposition
only is the modifier
