Find the value of z.

OpenStudy (mathmale):

The smaller triangle (the one with 30 as its hypotenuse) can be solved for the unknown side by applying the Pythagorean Theorem. Do that first, please. Then, this previously unknown side of the smaller triangle is ALSO the altitude of the larger triangle. Assume that the base of the larger triangle is z. What's the formula for the area of a triangle when the base and the height are known?
