i want to start studying physics , where should i start from ? what is the syllabus ? which book should i use ?

Well, generally, a curriculum would look like the following: Physics 1: kinematics and motion Physics 2: electromagnetism Physics 3: modern physics Then you would get into more specific courses, such as: Physical Mechanics EM Theory Quantum Mechanics Subatomic Physics Thermodynamics and Statistical Mechanics Optics One of the major books that covers all of the topics in Physics 1-3 (and used by many universities) is University Physics by Young and Freedman. Otherwise, you'll need to find more specific books. Griffiths is a popular author in EM Theory and Quantum. For others, I don't have any recommendations.
