the only parts that should have quotes are words that are apart of the dialogue. the said Anne part wouldn't have quotations

Here is something to think about: The only parts that should be in quotations are those that are being said by Anne. Try and decide what Anne is saying. Is she saying "I'm tired today, said Anne" ? Or is she saying "I'm tired today" ? Obviously she would not say "...said Anne," because that would make her look weird in front of whoever she is talking to.
