Think of the language used. "is at least" I think I got "at least" an 80% on that last test. You use at least to refer to the minimum you'd expect. But you could score anywhere between 80-100%. Therefore, "at least" is an inequality. 7 - 3n is at a minimum 12 --> 7 - 3n >= 12
