You could solve for either the x in the arc or the x in the angle.

Probably the best thing to do here is to use the fact that TUV is an inscribed angle and that its measure is half the measure of arc UV (the smaller arc). The measure around the outside of a circle is 360 degrees. So if you add the measure of the larger arc, 26x+8, to the measure of the smaller arc (which is twice the measure of the angle 6x+5), you will get 360. Like this:
