Vector Qn.! It is said that vectors m1 and m2 are parallel to a plane. Since plane does not have a direction, how do we know if the vectors are parallel to it ?

It's called the normal vector. Vectors are parallel to a plane if they are normal or perpendicular to that plane's normal vector ^^
