using elimination to solve the system x+y=860 and x+y=960? :)

let `x+y` be a number. You can't solve this, because on the one hand you have `x+y`equal to 860, and on the other hand you will have `x+y` equal to 960. Being that `x+y` equals both, 860 and 960, this would mean that 860=980, and this obviously NOT true, and thus there is no solution.
