given that f(x) = x^2 - 4x - 3 and g(x) = x+3 / 4 solve for f(g(x)) when x = 9 -6 3 6 9

so you need to solve for f(g(9))
determine g(9) and use that to determine f(g)
Do i put 9 wherever there is x?
since x=9, then yes, that would be a good idea
the confusing part for most is that they see f is composed of x, but the instructions say to compose f out of g
