how do i graph F(x)=(x+1)^3

OpenStudy (jdoe0001):

same as you'd any other equation pick a few random "x" values, or INPUT and get the "y" value or OUTPUT and plot away

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Do you know how a x^3 graph looks like? If so just move it 1 unit to the left of the axis as it will be a horizontal translation 1 unit to the left.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

but i must find the domain and range

OpenStudy (jdoe0001):

hmmm do you know the graph of say \(\bf y = x^3?\)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no i went on mathway.com and it answered it for me, but it did not show the steps because i don't have a subscription the answer is X intercept (-1,0) and Y intercept (0,1) but im lost on the Y intercept,, i kinda get how they got the X but i just want to no exactly
