Just some tips when revising an essay:
1. Make sure your introduction "hooks" the reader.
2. Check for capitalization errors.
3. Check for errors with commas, colons, semi-colons, etc.
4. Read it out loud. If the wording sounds funny, change it.
5. Check for sentence fragments. If there are any, fix them.
