There's a way to do this, it's just kind of long. You have to use the distance formula for each of these and then add them up. For the lines going up and down and side to side you can just count the units, but for the two diagonal ones you have to use the distance formula.

OK, the nondiagonal perimeter is 5+3+5=13. I'll work out the distance formula part next.

Right :) And then you just add all of them together and make sure they're to 3 decimal points, round if necessary
