''The area of a Square is 8 square meters. Which of these is closest to the length of one side of the Square?''

OpenStudy (tkhunny):

Didn't we just do this? SHOW YOUR WORK! What have you done? What tools have you? Talk. Work. Do NOT just close and start over.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Formula for the Area of a square is: A = hw (Area is equal to the height multiplied by the width.) So think it through......

OpenStudy (anonymous):

If there are 4 sides to a square then the product of 2 of those sides will equal that areas, thus, all four sides must have the same length.....

OpenStudy (anonymous):

l * w = a^2 (Length times width equals "C" squared which equals the area.) Can you work this out?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

.... Anyone here?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@tumblrxkiing I cannot help you if you are not here. Leave a comment for me so I know you're here?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

and they're gone..... -.- Oh well, I tried.
